Made-to-Order Kamados

1. Non-Returnable: All Kamado grills are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect as outlined below.
2. Specifications: You are responsible for providing accurate specifications for your custom-made Kamado. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping: We offer free shipping to most locations in Hong Kong. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of order.
2. Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Resolution: We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion for any items confirmed to be damaged or defective.
