At Kamado Dragon, each of our Kamado grills is crafted to order, ensuring that every grill meets your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any made-to-order Kamado grills. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and customisation for our valued customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
